First Time Drive-Thru Use- All first-time Customers are now accepted in Drive-Thru with a confirmed pre-order and Drive-Thru pickup option selected at the time of order placement on Dutchie.

For first-time THE Vault customers, a Dutchie Customer Profile creation will be expedited in the Drive-Thru during Drive-Thru order pickup.

Drive-Thru = Pre-Orders Only – All Drive-Thru Orders must be created online via preorder utilizing THE Vault’s Online Menu.

Drive-Thru Orders can be Upgraded at the Time of Pickup.

Drive-Thru Pickup Order Window- Drive-Thru Customers must place their order utilizing THE Vault’s Online Menu. A one-hour Pickup Window must be selected for order pickup. All Drive-Thru order pick-ups during the selected Pickup Window will be supported on a first-come, first-served basis.

Customers who do not arrive within the Designated Pick-Up Time may be asked to Pick Up their Order inside the store, based on Drive-Thru Flow and Volume.

All orders must be picked up by the End of Day; All Orders not picked up will be cancelled, per DCC Regulations.
