At THE Vault, we are committed to providing the highest quality cannabis products and excellent customer service. In compliance with DCC regulations, we have established the following refund policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds or exchanges will only be considered for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  2. Non-Refundable Items: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any opened products, including but not limited to flower, concentrates, edibles, or topicals.
  3. Time Frame for Refunds: Refund requests must be made within 72 hours from the date of purchase.
  4. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt is required for all refund or exchange requests.
  5. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
