THE Vault Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: The loyalty program is open to individuals who are at least 21 years old with a valid government-issued ID. Participation is limited to one account per person. Enrollment is void where prohibited by law.
- Earning Points: Points are awarded based on qualifying purchases and promotional activities as determined by the program. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
- Rewards & Redemption: Points may be redeemed for eligible discounts or promotional items, excluding cannabis products, in accordance with DCC Regulations. Rewards cannot be used toward the purchase of marijuana.
- Raffle & Prize Drawings: Quarterly drawings are available to eligible participants. Winners will be randomly selected and notified via the contact information on file. If a winner does not claim their prize within 10 days, an alternate winner may be selected. Rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted at the company’s discretion.
- Expiration & Modifications: The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate THE Vault Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
- Compliance & Restrictions: Per DCC guidelines, this loyalty program does not apply to the purchase of marijuana. Discounts and promotions are limited to non-cannabis merchandise where permitted.
- Fraud & Misuse: Any fraudulent activity, including multiple accounts, misuse of points, or attempts to manipulate the program, may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards. The company reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse.
- Legal Disclaimers: The company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired rewards. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future modifications. This program is subject to all applicable Ohio laws and regulations.
